The owner and seller of vuuden.ee is Vuuden Design OÜ, registry code 16888045, VAT number EE102692536, registered address Timuti tn 15-12, Tartu, Estonia.

Prices are shown in euros and include Estonian VAT. The product page provides the price, main characteristics, material and dimensions. The retail price of SALU I is €59 including VAT.

Vuuden Design OÜ may change prices, but the price shown when the order is submitted applies to that order.

To place an order, the customer enters the required checkout details, selects delivery and pays through Montonio. Up to 25 products may be purchased in one order. The contract takes effect once payment succeeds and an order confirmation is sent.

Payment is processed in Montonio’s secure environment. Vuuden Design OÜ does not receive the customer’s banking credentials.

We currently deliver only within Estonia. Customers may select an Omniva, SmartPosti or DPD parcel locker, or choose “Other” and agree an alternative with us. Standard delivery is free. An alternative arrangement may incur an additional charge, which will be disclosed before confirmation.

The estimated delivery time is stated in the order confirmation. We will notify the customer as soon as possible of any delay or change.

A consumer may withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Send an unequivocal withdrawal notice with the order number to hei@vuuden.ee.

The goods must be returned within 14 days of sending the notice. The customer bears the direct return cost unless the goods are faulty or incorrect. The customer may handle the product only as needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, and is liable for diminished value caused by further use.

We refund payments received within 14 days of the withdrawal notice, but may withhold the refund until the goods are returned or proof of return is provided.

If goods do not conform to the contract, please contact hei@vuuden.ee as soon as possible with the order number, a description and, where possible, photographs. Consumers retain all statutory rights, and Vuuden Design OÜ is liable for non-conformity to the extent required by law.

Questions and complaints may be sent to hei@vuuden.ee. We aim to respond within 15 days.

If no agreement can be reached, a consumer may refer the dispute to the Consumer Disputes Committee at the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority or to a court. Estonian law applies.
