To fulfil orders, we process the customer’s name, email address, phone number, delivery details, order contents and comments, payment status and, for company invoices, company details. For website statistics, we collect limited technical information such as visit time and approximate country.

We use data to enter into and perform contracts, arrange payment and delivery, communicate with customers, comply with accounting duties and improve website security and usability. We collect anonymous visit statistics only with your consent. Other legal bases are performance of a contract, legal obligations and legitimate interests.

Where necessary, we share data only to the extent required with the payment provider Montonio, the selected delivery company, email provider Resend, and hosting, IT and accounting providers. We do not sell personal data.

We retain order and accounting records for the period required by law, generally seven years. Customer correspondence and technical data are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for their purpose.

You may request access to or correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing or object to processing where provided by law. Send requests to hei@vuuden.ee.
